  • Perishable goods: it should say you sell fresh food and that the refund policy applies, which is damage reported within 24 hours with photos.
  • Delivery: it should mention that delivery is within Hong Kong only (excluding Lantau apart from Discovery Bay and Tung Chung, Cheung Chau and Lamma) and by SF Express cool transport.
