Blu '61 is a cow's milk cheese produced by La Casearia Carpenedo in Italy. This creamy soft blue cheese region in Veneto matured in Passito di Raboso's wine and cranberries. Bringing an aromatic and intense flavor of typical blue cheese and balanced by sweet and fruity tone along with the scent of berries.

Blu '61 is the cheese best for special occasions like Valentine's day. This cheese is made by the company owner Antonio who married Giuseppina in 1961. He produced this wine and cranberry ripened cheese for the celebration of their 50 years wonderful marriage.
