Shipping Policy
Cool-chain delivery
Food safety comes first. All Cheese Time deliveries travel by SF Express cool transport at 2-8°C. Please refrigerate your order as soon as you receive it.
Delivery area
We deliver within Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, including Discovery Bay and Tung Chung.
We do not deliver to the rest of Lantau Island (other than Discovery Bay and Tung Chung), Cheung Chau or Lamma Island. We do not ship outside Hong Kong.
Delivery time
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon: delivered the next day.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday after 12:00 noon: delivered the day after next day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday: delivered on Tuesday at the earliest.
Delivery fee
- HK$120 for orders below HK$950.
- Free delivery for orders of HK$950 or more.
Free pick-up in Sai Kung
You may collect your order at our shop: Cheese Time, 5 Tak Lung Back Street, Sai Kung, New Territories. Select Pick up at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.
